About Obi Okoye

Obi Okoye is a distinguished corporate professor at Harrisburg University of Technology, where he imparts advanced knowledge in strategy, finance, entrepreneurship, accounts, and management.

As the Director of Prime Business School, he leads online training programs in Business Process Development and Project Management, equipping professionals with the skills needed for modern industry challenges.

Beyond academia, Obi plays a pivotal role in humanitarian initiatives as he coordinates programs for the GEANCO Foundation in Africa. His leadership has been instrumental in launching projects that provide orthopedic and laparoscopic surgeries, maternal care, and scholarships, thereby significantly enhancing healthcare access and educational opportunities in underserved communities.

Previously, Obi gained invaluable global exposure at the International Finance Corporation, the investment banking arm of the World Bank in Washington, D.C., where he contributed to diverse investment project developments.

Residing in Maryland with his family, Obi remains committed to advancing non-profit causes and making a lasting impact on communities in need.

About Beatrice Mulwanda

Beatrice Mulwanda is a dedicated financial services professional with a rich, international background. A proud Sierra Leonean, she grew up in Freetown, where she attended St. Joseph’s Primary and Secondary Schools.

Beatrice pursued higher education in Zambia, earning a graduate diploma in Business Management before relocating to Virginia to launch her career in the financial industry.

She began her professional journey with Chevy Chase Bank (now Capital Bank) and has spent over 15 years at Navy Federal Credit Union in various roles. Currently, she serves as a Staff Assistant in Savings Products within the Savings & Membership department.

Beatrice has extensive industry experience, an MBA from the University of Maryland University College, and is a Certified IRA Professional (CIP) and licensed Realtor in Virginia.

Beyond her corporate achievements, Beatrice actively contributes to nonprofit organizations and associations, advocating for educational and humanitarian initiatives, with a particular focus on supporting the Sierra Leonean community in the Washington, D.C. area.

About Dr Patricia Ayuk

Dr Patricia Ayuk is a seasoned Clinical Pharmacist with over 28 years of expertise in cardiovascular, immunology/rheumatology, dermatology, and respiratory diseases. She has led pioneering research in diabetes, hypertension, vaccines resulting in 20 plus publications and 10 grants.

Dr. Ayuk has managed over 100 scientific projects, advanced clinical knowledge, and presented at numerous national and international healthcare conferences. Dr Ayuk has mentored students, faculty, and healthcare professionals, shaping future leaders.

Her clinical algorithm development has expedited biological therapies, and she has established trusted relationships with stakeholders, and key opinion leaders, reflecting her leadership and collaborative approach.

As a Board Director for our non-profit, Dr. Ayuk leverages her expertise to advance ethical healthcare practices and cost-effective therapies. She is also deeply committed to humanitarian work in Sierra Leone, where she has supported initiatives to improve healthcare access, education, and local capacity-building, making a tangible impact on underserved communities.
